Nuclear Receptor Clones: The cDNA Resource Center is pleased to announce the availability of a large set of clones for human nuclear receptors, including many undocumented variants. Clones are available for immediate delivery, and can be ordered using the catalog tree on the left.

Stable Transfected Cell lines: The cDNA Resource Center now offers stable transfected CHO-K1 cells with M1, M2, M3, M4 and M5 (muscarinic receptors 1-5) in both wild-type and 3xHA tagged (N-terminus) versions. These cell lines are $250 USD each, plus shipping. To protect the viability of the cells, orders must be received in our office by the close of business on Friday, to be shipped on the following Monday. Special Development Service: If you are interested in a clone for human G protein, G protein regulator, GPCR, GPCR regulator, or small G protein, that is not in our collection, we may be able to help! It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any requirements for import of biological materials, and to provide any necessary license or permits. Please inform us of any special instructions which we should observe to assist with a smooth passage of your order through customs.
All clones developed for distribution are blotted as dried DNA in a 0.5ml screw-cap micro-centrifuge tube. These blots will be the same relative amount (~ 5000ng) dried on the side of the tube and then individually labeled. Instructions for re-suspending the dried DNA is on the FAQ provided with each order, and is also available under the FAQS heading on this website.
